Destileria Barako was founded in 2016 with a vision to showcase the flavours of the Philippines and shine a light on its rich history of folklore. Utilizing the skills of its international Brew Master and locally foraged ingredients the team has amassed some of the worlds most presigious awards available in the spirit industry. Distileria Barako is fast becoming a household name for innovative premium hand crafted small batch spirits that highlight the culture and spirit of the Philippines.
With mulitple distillery sites our internationally trained team of craft distillers can produce over 1 million liters of award winning alcohol every year.

We offer tours in both our locations.
Tours are run by head distillers, they take you through our distillery and talk you through our manufacturing processes, afterwards sampling
a range of our award winning spirits and liqueurs.
AGIMAT AT UGAT
Agimat at Ugat Foraging Bar and Kitchen is one of the most popular places for Manila foodies and cocktail lovers to visit in Makati. Open from 5 pm and onwards serving some of the hippest drinks and exotic menus in the city. Voted one of the coolest bars in Poblicion by Times Out Magazine in 2021.

Developed by the team in 2021, the bottle was designed by Tyson Branz
An Innovative blend of sugar cane vodka from Negros Philippines, blended with full cream and the star of the show, Filipino Ube.
This deliciously creamy liqueur is a national icon. It’s best served chilled. It can be consumed neat, on the rocks, layered on shooters, or a boozy Halo-halo. It also forms part of the Philippines National cocktail the Ube Cream Mudslide.

Gayuma
​
Gayuma is a small batched craft spirit blended with lemon grass from Aklan, Lychees from Ilocos and Dragon fruits from Batangas. The Lemon grass is vacuum distilled and the Lychees and Dragon fruit are soaked in the spirit.
The Gayuma Range is perfect for mixing in cocktails or consumed straight as a pleasant tasting liqueur or on the rocks.
The Agimat at Ugat Vodka sugar cane forms the base product of this spirit.
